You will be living with a mom who is a teacher and her 16 yr old son. Oh! and our large, but very gentle golden retriever. We are drug-free, quiet and respectful. We expect the same in our housemate. Your partying would have to be done elsewhere. First month's rent and one month's security is needed to move in. We can work out payments for security deposit if needed.
