This trailer has been lovingly cared for by the original owner. It has sat unused for the last couple of years and needs a new home. It has a 2-way refrigerator, (12v DC and propane) and a two burner propane stove. Propane furnace with thermostat. Hot and cold pressurized water with shower in lavatory. All systems work perfectly. And all appliances look brand new.
It sleeps 4. Two in the overhead bunk and two in the convertible dinette.
There is a minor leak in the aft part of the roof which has caused some delamination of interior wall paper. It is very minor and not even noticeable to the casual observer. It is probably an easy fix for the do-it-yourselfer, I just don’t have the time to fix it. It has been covered with tarp for the last year so water intrusion has been minimal.
The tires have slow leaks and will need to be replaced before a road trip. They will hold air for a few days and will get the trailer home with no problems.
Other than that this trailer is a true gem and will provide many years of enjoyment to her new owner.
