Luxurious Property:
Our luxurious property is furnished to the very
highest standard and consists of six large bedrooms (three kings, two twins and
one queen), together with five bathrooms, a living room, dining room, pantry,
family room, and game room. Our exclusive home is fully air conditioned and
comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your stay truly memorable.
There is a large screen television in the main living room together with
televisions in each bedroom. The home also comes with broadband internet access
and PlayStation 2. The expanded outside pool / Jacuzzi area and screened in
porch / lanai compliment our property which is the largest available in the
resort.
Convenient Location:
Our home is superbly located in the town of Kissimmee
near Disney World in the heart of central Florida. Disney World, golf, outlet
malls and quaint downtown shops and restaurants all close by. No matter what
your interests, you will find an attraction that the entire family will enjoy.
Great Value:
Most Disney area hotels charge $350-$450 per night for a one
bedroom “suite”, along with an additional “per person” charge. For a fraction of
the cost you can enjoy the luxury of a huge 6 Bedroom / 5 Bath house with all

Less than 3 hours from Boston, under 4 from NYC / NJ via well plowed roads the house is perfect for vacation, weekends or full-time winter living. Located in Weston, VT, this charming and comfortable house has 4 private bedrooms upstairs with an open floor-plan downstairs. Perfectly located nearby yet out of the resort “crush”.
Blue Haven Cottage is well renovated and very nicely decorated. It is comfortably furnished with a mix of antique and modern furniture and has real New England charm. The home is very well laid out and well equipped … it has most of the details that most people want (including 2.5 baths, comfy beds, good linens and a great kitchen) - feel free to any questions not answered on our small web site.
For the skiers, superb slopes at Okemo, Stratton, Bromley, and Magic Mountains are within 8-16 miles! Just a bit farther (under 45 minutes) you’ll find Killington, Mt Snow and lots of the other great slopes.
For the non-skiers or après-ski, there is the Vermont Country Store, Weston Playhouse, Galleries, noted restaurants and inns right in our small village. PLUS you are surrounded by lots of great shopping/dining excursions, plus loads of cute friendly VT towns to explore.
We only offer a full season rental but it can be shared by you with more than one family or group. The season runs approximately Nov. 15 – Apr. 15 and the “early-bird” rate is discounted to $9,975 plus utilities for the entire season (optional flat rate utilities plan available)!
