what i have for sale is a 35 hp outboad electric start that uses remote steering and wiring round plug for harness that i do not have. i put this on my stand remove a spark plug in it, its a 2cyl. looked at a cylinder looks great so i hook up a battery check for spark gave it a shot of starter fluid. fired up immediately. lower unit was off when i got this ,it has some damage o mid section that looks like it doesn't matter for bolting lower unit up and using it. (Please see photos) i think this would make a nice little engine. I bought this with other parts and its to big for my small boat so it got to go. missing some bolts for the lower unit was remove when i got it no idea how long it been sitting but besides the broken edge of fins on mid section where it may have been wacked with a hammer everything seems to be fine just need cleaned up new water pump carb cleaned reassembled should be good to go, or use it for parts. it seems to run good on starter fluid. you can see the damage on the mid and lower unit but it doesn't need to seal out anything in that spot so it will work fine where the damage is. $400 or best offer engine stand is NOT INCLUDED
