1995 BMW E36 M3 Race Car
Race-Ready: easily turned 63 second laps at Limerock Park on July 8, 2023
Race-prepared in accordance with NASA club rules (GTS-2 road-race class, NASA car No. 707)
Fresh motor: stock 1996 S52 engine with approx. 66,000 miles
Dynamometer Tested to produce 228 Horsepower and 224 Ft.Lbs Torque at the rear wheels.
S50 intake manifold and Throttle Body
Oil pan baffle plates are installed to avoid loss of engine oil pressure during high G force turns (VAC Motor Sports baffles)

This is an OBD-I system including the original 1995 wire harness, DME and customized ECU chip to achieve correct Air/Fuel ratio (Yes, it is an S52 engine with ODB-I).
Fuel Injectors are 21.5 Lbs/Hr
Roll Cage is extra-wide-design to provide more clearance adjacent to driver for increased safety. (Cage extended out, into door interiors)
Cage is 1.75"OD 0.095" Thickk DOM Carbon Steel Tubing. Photos of the cage installation and welding are available.
Suspension: Ground Control steel and aluminum with Hiem Joints i.e. rod end bearings;
all OEM elastomeric bushings have been eliminated; replaced with nylon.
Corner-weighted 10/20/22: diagonal within 20 Lbs
