Angus Beef 1/4,1/2 or Whole Steer it’s $4.25 pound hanging weight a 1/4 hanging weight will be 200-250 pounds and then you pay butcher to cut and wrap around $1.25 a pound. I use Salem Prime Cuts and Maurices . Next available is in July
