I am an employed, quiet, honest and clean young senior man in need of a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. I have a well behaved, quiet, 35 pound dog and a cat. My landlord for the last 3 years has sold the house I have been living in, and I must find a new place to live. I have great references, am up to date on my rent, and am a good neighbor.
