Zildjian Amir medium thin top (950 gm) coupled with what appears to be a Pearl Wild medium bottom cymbal (1179 gm). Note that the Pearl Wild bottoms were made to that same weight 1180-1200 gms (2-5/8 lbs)...so this one matches up. But no markings or stamps on the heavier bottom cymbal. These first line of Zildjian Amirs in the 1980's were a pretty good entry level cymbal for their day. This one has toned nicely giving it a smoother sound. The ink logos have faded but still show as "ghost" letters.
This pair is definitely better sounding than today's entry level 8% bronze hi hat drum set cymbals. You could gig with these or make them a back up or practice pair. The bottom cymbal is not stamped. But it has the same lathing and hammering of the Paiste Rudes which Pearl copied on the 1980's. This one is not a Paiste Rude as there is no stamping or serial number on it.
