Up for your consideration is what appears to be a very good 1976 Gibson less Paul standard copy, based on its serial number having only eight digits. And then using Google to decipher that. I have doubts about its authenticity as the finish is in very good shape and has only minor wear on the frets for being made in 1976. It appears to be some mashup of a jimmy page issue less Paul. It uses a metric Allen wrench for truss rod adjustments, where an actual Gibson would use a 5/16 socket. This thing sounds and plays incredible. It has the proper Gibson fret tangs, logos. The neck is buttery, smooth, straight, and even. This guitar really hits above its price point. The pick ups and played through offender twin with some distortion, sound very, very similar to Eddie’s sound on Van Halen 1. I also have other guitars and amps for sale.
