Hi guys. As much as I love this car and do not want to say goodbye, I think I finally have my eyes on a B8.5 S4. Ideally, I'd like to see this car go to another enthusiast, but I am open to parting it out if no one is interested at my asking price.

170k on the chassis.
70k on the motor (rebuilt by Audi under warranty--brand new heads and rebuilt bottom end with forged internals)

Clutch, timing belt, turbo (+supporting mods) and tune all done at ~100k. I have service records for everything. Cam follower has been done every 10k or less since the rebuild and has never worn through.

Modifications and parts for sale are as follows:
Front DTM Bumper* -- Shaved reflectors, Brilliant Red paint (needs respray), all grilles except main grille included with sale | $600
Rear DTM Bumper* -- Mint condition with shaved reflectors, brand new Brilliant Red paint, gloss black valance, all grilles included | $700
Bixenons -- Brand new front lenses and bulbs, waterclear ZKRW projector lenses, joey modded and clear cornered with clear caps, ballasts and all bulbs included | $450
Honeycomb Grille w/ Gloss Black Surround -- Surround professionally painted by body shop | $50
PCV -- Stock PCV, no issues while on the car, but selling as-is | $20

K04 -- Frankenturbo F23, zero issues. If you don't trust it, rebuild it for $250 and have an essentially brand new K04 for $1k under JHM's turbo | $600

OEM Black Mirror Caps -- could use a polish, but no obvious damage | $50
S4 Carbon Fiber Interior Trim -- a couple pieces are cracked, so I'll let these go for cheap. | $200
ECS CF Spoiler -- Typical clear coat issues with this product. ECS has been known to replace these for people, but I'm selling priced as though it needs a refinish | $200
Replica DTM CF Splitter -- Needs a refinish | $200
Magnaflow Mufflers w/ Quad Tips* -- no issues | $150
USP Motorsports HFC -- Typical Surface rust but no issues | $200
Long Block* -- Built with aftermarket forged rods and pistons. Paperwork with more details. Will update soon. Long block only, but we can work out a deal if you want more stuff | $3000
JHM Small Core Intercooler -- Typical wear and tear for an IC on a daily. No issues. | $300
Panda S4 Recaros* -- Heated fronts, need to be bladder swapped for a B7, driver seat bottom has a tear, but they are in nearly perfect condition otherwise | $650
ECS Tuning Short Shifter -- One of my favorite upgrades, no issues | $200
RNSe -- Works perfectly, modded with aux input, minimal face wearing | $200
Bags -- Airlift V2 management with Airlift front and rear bags (one leaks) and front struts, braided stainless leader lines, Koni yellow rear shocks, stealthy/easy trunk install hardware | $1200 + your stock suspension or cheap coils; $1500 for outright sale and I'll source my own stock suspension to put the chassis on.
APR Carbonio -- Not much yellowing, however there is a small spot where the hood has contacted the cover prior to me readjusting it. Should buff out. | $150
Side S4 Engine cover -- Tidies up the bay nicely | $35
HM Stg 1 Clutch -- ~60k miles on clutch. Shifts nicely with no slipping | $200
Alzor 084 19x9.5* -- Gunmetal finish, one has a nick from a pothole. Tires are new NS-25 in 225/35R19 | $500
B6 S4 OEM Wheels* -- Altimax Arctic snow tires | $450
Front S4 Brakes -- 10k miles on Akebono pads and drilled/slotted rotors. Calipers are slightly shaved to fit previous wheel setup. Negotiable price if you just want the S4 caliper carriers and source your own pads/rotors. | $250
Rear S4 Brakes -- Brand new, rebuilt calipers. Appear to be painted silver. Brand new Akebono pads and drilled/slotted rotors. Never Installed | $300
DTM Side Skirts -- Need to be refinished | $250
Optima Yellow Top Battery --Installed for 1.5 years. No issues ever | $150
ECS JOM Smoked LED Tails -- Appear to be discontinued and incredibly hard to find. Installed for around 3 months and are mint. | $350
S3 Injectors -- 60k Miles, zero issues. | $250
Snow WM Controller -- Never installed by me. Purchased used. | $100
IE Water/Meth Throttle Body Spacer Plate -- Never installed, includes hardware | $50
JHM Manual Boost Controller -- 60k Miles, no issues | $100
ECS Vent Boost Gauge -- Perfect condition | $100

There are a few minor issues with the vehicle:
1. Squeaking clutch pedal -- clutch and flywheel are good, likely the clutch fork or throw-out bearing. Inexpensive fix for someone handy
2. Water leak -- Coming from battery cowl area. Seems to have stopped after the last couple fixes I tried, but I will not guarantee it won't resurface
3. Needs new rear brakes (included with sale but not currently installed)
4. Minor daily/b7 issues -- sagging headliner, broken glovebox, rock chips/minor dings, etc
5. Passenger front bag airs out over night -- have not torn it apart to see where the issues lies as it doesn't affect driving, but both the car and bags are currently prices as though that airbag will need to be replaced ($250 for a new bag)

8.5k for the whole car as is.
