I am renting a bedroom with a private bathroom, shared kitchen, and living room with a male roommate. Wifi and utilities are included with the rent. Ideal for single military personnel or young starting graduates. There are no kids nor pets in the property.
What is needed:
Proof of employment, a $35 non-refundable fee to conduct a background check, an $850 security deposit, and the first month of rent. Background check waived for military or personnel with an existing security clearance.
There is a six-month term lease at first that automatically becomes month-to-month afterward.
