What we do
We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.
Job Title: Field Technician
Other Locations : Windsor/Hartford – CT
Provides on-site I.T. field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing computer systems and equipment.
Installations, servicing and repairing computer equipment support to customers onsite
Operational quality of system equipment verification and approval.
Resolving customers issues which includes hardware installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance.
Must assist in complex installations and maintenance and provide resolution.
Must instruct customers in operation and maintaining systems/equipment.
Good communication skills.
Able to resolve hardware and equipment problems.
Experience with Office environment, Windows 7/10.
Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly. Need to have own transportation.
2+ years of IT field support experience.
High School or equivalent experience of 3-5 years.
